Safety hazards of drilling rigs
1. When conducting standard penetration tests, the operator must keep their hands away from the probe when the centrifugal hammer falls freely to prevent the probe from falling off and injuring the operator.
2. When the drilling rig is in operation, on-site personnel must wear safety helmets and personnel unrelated to the operation must not approach the drilling rig to prevent the top fasteners of the drilling rig tower from falling and injuring them.
3. During the operation of the drilling rig, always pay attention to the mud pump behind the rig. If the mud pipe ruptures or the drill pipe is blocked during high-pressure operation, it may cause mud spraying and injure on-site personnel.
4. Before starting work, it is necessary to check whether there are any safety hazards in the steel wire rope on the winch and the fasteners of the elevator, in order to prevent the steel wire from breaking and the fasteners from falling off when lifting the probe rod, which may harm the on-site operators.
